Alright Gang...
Figured I'd post this up here in case someone might be interested... And I really hope to deal with someone from this forum because Craigslist buyers are just really so far beyond annoying me.
First thing - I believe in full disclosure and informing the potential buying party on everything I know about what I'm selling and it's just unreal the number of shady people that have been emailing me telling me not to include so much detail if I want to sell this.. Just a good reminder to always check things out thoroughly when buying things from craigslist or in general.
Anyway... On to the details, basically I'll just copy and paste what I have in my CL ad.

Pros about my sled below..
The track is still in new/great condition as it has less than 1,000 miles on it. The hyfax and carbides were replaced at the same time with the new track and are still in great condition. Last season I purchased a brand new spare clutch belt. The engine has just been freshly rebuilt with new jugs, pistons, seals, bearings and fuel filter (see below for reason why it was rebuilt).
Cons about my sled below..
Small hole on back of the seat about the size of a quarter but is covered with black duct tape to prevent any further ripping. The biggest issue with the sled is that this is the second engine rebuild in 2 seasons. The first time it blew was around ~4,500 miles when my cousin owned the sled. He sold it to me and I put another ~400 miles on it before the engine let loose again. What I believe happened was after the engine let go the first time, it must have sent debris down into the case and put a small crack in it. Then while riding this year the crack caused it to start running lean, then melted the piston and sent more debris down and cracked it open. I have provided pictures of the aftermath when this happened.
Either way the sled has since been repaired and is honestly running better than it had before. I have since put about ~25 shake down miles on it without issue but then sadly the weather got warmer and I ran out of snow to continue riding.
My honest opinion and description on how I feel about this sled..
It's a 600 that feels like an 800. I was pissed when it broke down because I was forced to rent a new ski-doo renegade that I honestly felt did not handle as good and wasn't nearly as comfortable or as fast. It's an overall fun sled. A little on the top heavy side but a few miles you'll be more than used to it. It doesn't push through corners and you can slide the rear out whenever you want or need to. I could ride over 200-250 miles wake up the next day and do it again without being sore at all. This sled is the biggest reason as to why I'm buying another Polaris and not an Artic Cat/Ski-Doo/Yamaha. The biggest complaint I have is the damn electric reverse, I wish it would have just been a mechanical lever because it doesn't always want to auto start after switching between forward and reverse.
Trailer Details
This is a homemade trailer and I have no registration for it.
Trailer Deck Dimensions - 145" x 95" x 28"
It is very well built and heavy duty however with that said, Michigan winters and salt has had its fair share of beating up the underside of the trailer as you can see in the pictures and could use some patching/repair work. I used this trailer all winter long with no issues. I rewired it in November 2014 and all lights are still working perfectly. Tires have plenty of life left and hold air without any issues.
The trailer has a mud/snow shield mounted on it and also comes with both ski hold down bars. The trailer could also be used for ATVs, small equipment, hauling brush, etc.
