  • Herb Adams V.S.E. Decoupled Torque Arm for sale

This is the ultra-rare V.S.E. decoupled torque arm from Herb Adams. It enables you to set up TWO instant centers of gravity, one for maximum traction and one for maximum braking. It's used but perfect for light road racing duty.

VSE sells them for $750 but I'm selling this one for $250. It replaces your torque arm with a shorter "slapper bar" that engages a plate which is mounted to the transmission tunnel, and a single slide tube to limit movement during barking. It's a good way to find clearance around your tailshaft, too.

I was going to install it, but changed my mind because I want to design my own version that is customized to tie into my existing roll bar mounting points.
1984 Pontiac Trans Am. Well, most of it anyway. Some of it is 1969 Chevy. Some of it is 1982 4-cylinder Firebird, 1987 Trans Am, and 1991 Formula 1LE. Some of it is 1994 Trans Am, and some of it is 1999 SLP Firehawk. The rest is aftermarket.
