When I had my 95 Conv Camaro I could ever really find a nice box to fit down in the trunk or in the side because of the pump for the convertible! So I decided to make my own!
The box holds one 12" sub on one side and one the other side it's flat and you can mount your amp right next to the sub. Then all the wires tuck down under the box and panel and you'll never see any wiring! The top is finished in black speaker box carpet.
Sounded really good down when I had it in. Not 100% what all 4th gen's it will fit in but I really dont think they changed anything in 93-02 conv. trunks!
