Front swaybar help!

I just snapped off all the front swaybar clamshell bolts flush trying to replace my front bar.
So does anybody know if the upper pieces are available or removable? If I can remove them from the car I may be able to get the bolts out or just replace the assy. I am pissed that every endlink so far and these bolts are so rusted and destroyed.
This car is never in snow or rain and only has 19k miles. Damn Michigan cars.
