Headlamp High/Low beam switch

I'm working on a co-workers 92 Camaro, and need to adjust the high/low beam switch.

The switch itself is functional, just needs adjustment. The bracket and bolt that holds it to the column is above the brake light and cruise kick out connections on the brake pedal.
I've removed the electrical connectors to try and get at the bolt - but I guess I'm not that good of a contortionist to get a nut driver on the head of the bolt.

Any suggestions on how others have adjusted this?
