Anyone catch the show special on Camaros being built?

I saw a show today called Ultimate Factories and on that episode they were building the 2010 Camaros, and the precision and detail was amazing. The lengths they go to make sure there are no imperfections. They wear lint free suits and take an air shower to blow off any lint or dust before they paint the cars.

After seeing that show, it makes me wonder: what's the advantage to hand built cars? Ok, Ferrari's use bigger engines, expensive materials like Carbon fiber, and are faster. But what makes the build quality of Ferrari's and Lamborghini's better? It just seems like it couldn't get any better than what I saw.

One of my favorites from the Ultimate Factories lineup. I've watched the Camaro show at least 3 times and I can't get enough of it. It honestly was a nice bonus to see the Camaro featured after following the Camaro's journey from clay mockup in 2006 to production today.

There was also a tour of it on CCR (chop cut rebuild) when I was watching it yesterday. Only caught the last ten min.

I just wish they had all their facts correct. In one part he talks about the the engine how it has Di and has 6 cyl.....when theres clearly 4 exhaust manifold on one side.
