In the future that is not too far off I am going to be putting a centrifugal supercharger on my 3800. Yes I know the pros and cons of superchargers and turbos. This is what I want to do so please don't try to sway me. I have not decided on which supercharger I am going with yet. Before I decide that I am wondering if anyone has a bracket that I can buy, or copy possibly.Here is a list of the parts I think I need, so if you see anything I need to add please let me know.
Needed:
centrifugal super charger
pulley for supercharger, size dependant on how much psi I plan on running
blower mounting plate;
Blower intake: 3.5” 90 degree rubber elbow, 3.5” 90 degree metal elbow, cone filter
Blower discharge: 3” rubber coupler, custom 3” discharge tubing, 3.5” rubber coupler for throttle body, rubber IAT sensor grommet
Assorted hose clamps
belt tensioner Bracket and tensioner pulley
Serpentine belt
6 ribbed idler pulley
FMU or big enough injectors to support the boost
Oil pressure sender relocate fitting. This should be a 45 degree male/female 3/8” npt fitting
colder temp spark plugs
possibly an intercooler
