  • 1989 Turbocharged Camaro $7500 (??)

    Hey guys & gals,
I am seriously thinking about selling my project Camaro and moving on to something else. My auction on ebay stalled, but I have gotten several out of state offers for $7500. I figured if I was going to sell it that low I might as well see if anyone here was interested.

Here is a link to my photobucket with a TON of pictures -

    http://s84.photobucket.com/albums/k2.../Jason/camaro/

Here is a brief rundown -
    • Custom intercooled single turbo setup
    • All Turbonetics brand components
    • 355 SBC with TPI - 8.5:1 compression
    • Modified Viper T56 Six Speed Manual Trans
    • C5 Corvette Front Brakes
    • 3.23 LS1 4th Gen rear axle w/ Zexel Diff
    • Viper front bucket seats
    • Full Auto Meter gauges
    • Holley Commander 950 Standalone PCM
    • Repainted Last summer to Intense Blue Metallic
Attached is a full description that I posted on ebay for anyone who would like more information.

Thanks all for looking, and please help me pass along the good word!!

You've got to have at least 20,000 into it. Nice Car, I wish I could be interested but I jus bought a new car.

Agreed - rather save it until Spring and make more $$$ then sell now with a horrible economy and worst time of the year anyway.

I would love to keep it, but I fear that I am going to be one of the many who get cut in the "Big Three Bail Out" mess. My company laid off 25% of the work force last week, and our future prospects don't look so good.

I will likely just use the money to pay off my DD, or buy a GTO or Mustang for a year round "fun" car.

It's a Covans Classic panel, but I added the turn signal and high beam indicators and bought the gauges individually myself. I made a harness to adapt to the stock wiring so I could use most of the stock senders and the dimmer features.
