Well been messing around with the idea of relocating battery but between cables,bracket,box,shut-off etc. it could be around 300 or so and extra 20lbs and 37 lbs for battery.Tried to get a hold of Braille battery to get opion but still waiting so looking to see if anyone has used the braille 2317 battery for street.Its 17 lbs compared to current battery at 37 lbs, PCA 1041 CA 770 CCA 475 RC 45 and is 6.88Lx4.0Wx6.12H for the braille and current is CA 845 CCA675 RC 93 (don't use car in winter so not worried about CCA and fac. stereo) while not maybe perfect replacement I can relocate smaller battery (see pic ,made box to test)where horns are now(move horns) and run about 1 1/2 feet cable to a fuseblock to connect factory cables and make cover to hide.This will let me disconnect and put full size battery in to cruise around or emergencies.probably only use small battery for shows and races if it will crank it over.also can remove from access will have to remove bumper to install bracket ,Thanks for any input!
