Do an easy axle swap and save some cash and the hassle of a gear install.
Cheap back-up axles too!

It will 'fit' but I think the ABS is different.

Just dropped a tape measure on it. It's about 61-1/2" wheel flange to wheel flange.

No I dont believe they will fit, 3.23 is a 3 series carrier, and 3.08 and below is a 2 series. So you could put your gears in but youd have to use your center section(carrier), therefore loosing the posi.
By set up he means that the gears need to be properly shimmed and check the wear patteren, to my knowledge its not good practice to use a used set of gears in another axle because its almost impossible to get them to wear the exact same as they did in the last axle. IIRC.

Correct. My reply was based on moving the gear set and carrier over to this housing. To use the 2 series limited slip you would need a ring gear spacer and I'd suggest finding a 3 series carrier instead.
Your gears and diff will fit this housing but will need an install kit.
