Hello everyone I am in the process of doing a 6.0 LQ4 LS swap on my 1995 Chevy Camaro z28. I am not very far into the process so I'm on here looking for advice and help. I've never done a project this big and I'm not a mechanic But I've owned this car for over 20 years now and I wanted to do it all myself. My goal was to make the car fun again and make it competitive with the newer cars on the streets right now. Parts so far.....
lq4 30 over (370)
stock crank
Gen 4 rods
Summit ls pro forged pistons
trickflow as cast 220 heads
Trickflow cam 228/230 585 lift 112 lsa
Fast 102mm intake
Harland sharp roller rockers
Melling hi pressure oil pump
Double roller timing chain
Speed engineering 1 7/8 long tube headers
t56 trans With everything needed to mount to an ls, minus the flex plate
Still got to decide on a throttle body , fuel rails and injectors to make it all work. I also want to purchase a new wiring harness cause the old looked too beat up.
