  • BTR valve covers

    Thinking about using BTR valve covers for my ls1 99 t/a . Has anyone installed these on there car? Any mods need to be done if I choose to go this route thanks

      Sounds like a nice design. But I don't personally know anyone running them.

      "BTR valve covers retain stock mounting height and allow the use of OE style GM gaskets and bolts, while being molded in a unique plane to allow nose clearance for shaft rockers. With -12AN ORB vents on both ends, you have a wide variety of options for catch can or vacuum pump plumbing. Also featured is a unique baffle design/splash guard that protrudes below the valve cover surface. Die cast aluminum and available in 3 colors - silver, black, red - with and without coil mounts."

        Old post but I felt like coming back for nostalgia's sake.

        Buddy of mine runs the BTR valve covers on his single turbo LS1 Trans Am. No issues with fitment.
