01SS - Restored Project underway! Its going to be sloooow but the 'plan' is to have it running again by next spring!! Car has been apart for 5 looooong years and after ducking a few of life's curve balls (getting hit by a couple, lol), I am starting to collect parts to complete!!
I've got a pretty decent foundation as my black '01 SS M6 has only 16k on the clock. Previous motor was tweaked by Lingenfelter in the form of heads, cam, etc. Car was primarily weekend warrior rolling on 18" Simmons "F" Series 3pc wheels and Eibach Pro's with Bilsteins made it sit nice
.
shooters. Nice.

Wanting to change things up a bit, I sold off the big-ticket items in the motor and wheels/tires. Off course I had big plans and intended on replacing everything with bigger, shinier - had a 403 ready BUT SOLD IT TOO

Do you think these will be loud?
I'm going to be using these as a temporary set-up until Brent can adopt me and then spring for an over the axle 3" Kooks true dual exhaust.
Thanks buddy!

Being the cheap ass I am, (
) we had a crash issue on the torque arm with the "temporary" true-dual exhaust. So, a modification was in order and re-inforcement was a must. This "should" do for now with a poly torque arm mount.

Other item is a close out panel for the fuse relocation. We formed and fit some plastic stryene and just need to finish it and paint the thing.
Excuse the lousy pics!

I love all the little touches and attention to detail on this car. Nice to see people take pride in their work instead of just "getting it done."
