ANNOUNCING.... CAMARO SUPERFEST 2017! June 30, July 1-2, 2017
We are also at the same locations, Riverside Park and the Marriott at Eagle Crest, both in Ypsilanti, MI, USA. We are hard at work getting our tours and activity arrangements finalized. These will be announced shortly. The Marriott has a block of rooms already set, so feel free to make your reservations! (info on next page)
We are also very proud to announce our 2017 charity - Our charity for this year is THE MIRACLE LEAGUE OF PLYMOUTH! This charity helps kids with special needs get together for a special game of baseball! Please check them out at - www.mlplymouth.org This is a very special group in need of your support for the great good they do in the lives of these special needs children!

HELLO.... a few updates please.....
For those waiting for ACCEPTANCE LETTERS... you will receive them by THIS weekend. We are sorry for the delay, but some web problems have delayed the processing of these registrations. THANKS for being patient!! Once these are processed, we expect to be OVER 300 pre-registrations!! AND... don’t forget... if you are doing the GM Heritage Center Tour and/or the Waterford Hills laps... we need to know when you want to do those activities... you HAVE a choice... AM or PM!! PLEASE read that letter!!
NEXT.... we have revealed our t-shirt designs.... here is another image of the final designs for both regular t-shirts and our NEW women’s V neck shirts! PLEASE... you got 1.5 days ONLY, if you want to switch from a regular shirt to a V neck, if you have pre-ordered. Email Barry by Thursday evening at 10pm!!! After that, the order goes IN!! Hello!! This could be our last update before our event... we'll try to get ONE more out.... but for now... here is some BIG news....

Registrations... we have passed the 300 pre-registration mark for the 3rd year in a row!! YEAH!! THANKS to everyone that has registered!! TO ALL that registered online, one more request please.... please bring a copy of your paypal credit receipt that shows what you were charged for. It would be nice to have this with you as a back-up, in case our info does not match. Thanks! We are currently at 314!!

ONLINE Registration will CLOSE in one week... Friday, June 23rd at 10pm EST. If you have not yet registered.. you still have time!! Of course... you can always register when you arrive, however, even if you do that on Thursday night or Friday morning... some activities could be full.....! Best to do it in advance!

ALSO... if you HAVE registered and have NOT received an email ACCEPTANCE LETTER... contact us asap!! Of course, first check your spam/junk email folders..... If they are not there... email Barry barry76Lt@wowway.com ALL letters have been sent!!

HELLO to all participants and spectators that attended CAMARO SUPERFEST 2017!!
THANK-YOU!!! For attending our event!! While we do not have all the final numbers, everything is looking very nice. Rough estimate for Camaros is 585 registrations with 525 actually attending!! That is a GREAT turnout for our event and an increase from 2 years ago (last year was our special 25th anniversary event with record attendance). As you know, the other major part of our event is our charity efforts. All we know for sure, is that YOU were generous!! We will report later on our total donation to the Miracle League of Plymouth! THANKS again!!
As I mentioned at the awards give-away... all of you did your job!! As we have promoted for a few years, we ask everyone to pray for good weather. Well... IT WORKS!! While we had some showers during the evening hours, these did not interfere with any CSF activities or plans!! THANKS again!!
We have already seen MANY posts on Facebook, lots of photos and many great comments... COOL!! Thank-you for sharing the fun you had with others that could not attend. We hope your fun would encourage them to start making plans to attend CSF – 2018!! If they are your friends... make sure you encourage them too! It’s always better with more attending!! Let’s have another increase in attendance in 2018!!

Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank my fellow EMCC club members for a super job this year!! I do believe it was one of if not the best we could do in running our event. Questions were handled, set-up and tear-down was like clockwork and everything... everything got handled quickly and with a huge smile. EMCC members are the best!! THANK-YOU!!!!
SO... we wrap-up another year... a great event thanks to all involved!! We’d like the participants to fill out the event survey and send it in... judging sheets will be available in a week and instructions are in your event program, and info for the digital photos will be forth coming too. Please have a great summer, fall and rest of the year. We look forward to seeing our Camaro family again in 2018!! Be safe and take care!!

HELLO to all of our particpants and supporters!! We are sorry the track photos are taking so long to get to you!! Please be advised, we are working on these VERY hard!! Our photo guy took so many pictures, we have to go through them and delete duplicates, as our website will only handle 1000 photos... and he took 1500 on track day! WOW! We are ever hopeful to have the link up and running in a week or less. THANK-YOU all for being so patient with us. Another delay was a scheduled family vacation... please remember that we are a volunteer organization, not a business... so things like a family vacation are important. We WILL email all of those that paid for a photo and we'll post here and on other websites/forums too. Plus our own website! Please hang in there just a bit longer.... to help make your wait worthwhile... how about of we add more photos to your selection? Once we are up and running... you can select up to THREE photos to receive!! Again... thanks for your understanding and we'll be in contact again VERY soon....!!!
