It's really a lot considering LS1Tech doesn't have more than a thousand active members in the first place. I try to give LS1Tech credit - and respect where it's due, they're definitely a huge repository for finding information from old threads but man there are way too many pricks there between the trolls and the mods that are pissed at being fired.

I know i`m late here but if you guys need any help or have questions just let me know. I put a carb and front mount distributor on my LS motor and love it. All i did was time it and jet it and i have not touched it in 4-5 months. I drive it every week end and during the week on nice days and its super dependable and i have not had one problem. It has a hydrolic roller cam.....not a solid roller cam and runs on 92-93 pump gas with 4 mufflers. 9.87 @ 139......on motor

Yeah it is, Nate. My favorite Mustang memory out on Woodward was this dude coming in with a Cobra-R I believe it was? Whatever the Mustang "R" is with the bench wing.

He said that he had a T56 in his Cobra and he wanted to know if the LS1 would mate to the T56. He said he wanted a Chevy motor instead of the "impossible to tune overhead cams"

Ive seen dozens of them with my own eyes.

                    2500 lb car + LS1 = fun
