  • 98-02 Trans Am SuperHawk hood

I'm looking to trade my superhawk hood for a ws6 hood. The hood uses factory hinges, but also has hood pins. The hood pins that are in the pictures have been removed, but the new set has not been installed yet. Thanks in advance.

Good luck man. If I hadn't just painted my car I'd trade in a heartbeat...

That is one fine looking hood...

C'mon, Larry, it's just a hood...easy paint, easy install...one of the easier things you've had to do...

Yeah, Larry -- paint is just paint! It can be duplicated!

do you have a price in mind, rather than trading for a ws6 hood?

I'm new to these f-bodys. Make me a fair reasonable price and we'll take it from there.

Shoot, I wish this was the first version of these hoods, I searched high and low for the first version of these when I had my V6 bird, ended up finding one and it turned out the guy sold it with his car about a week before I contacted him. I think under ten of the original version was made before the mold was destroyed. The version you have for sale here is the newer version that they sold with the larger nostrils, I always liked the more subtle firehawk esq nostrils of the first version. Either way they are awesome and unique hoods though, good luck on the trade!

If you could part with it for $200 this would be in my garage in about a week. Only thing is you probably wouldn't take that much for it...and it had hood pins through it. Good thing is though, I know where to get them new.

And I'm probably going to buy one this summer.

                              GLWS though.
