absolutety... taller tires do work better for traction, no matter what size wheel they are on.... and if you have front wheel drive, well, maybe now you get the idea. those on the front are taller ( the tire ) then the rear... in the old days it was tall in the rear... but then came front wheel drive....
on pinks once there was ricer that ran slicks on the front... looked really weird to an old timer..![]()

That's the funniest stuff I've seen in a while . I understand the theory of big tires to the power wheels for traction but uhmmmmm I'm not sure this car would spin it's one wheel with the stock setup lol. I'm sure you guys have all seen this, but I have to post it.

while i will defend anyones right to modify their car in any manner they see fit, i do have to admit that ricers are some of the stupidest hot rodders i have ever seen, right next to those idiots who put 24" wheels on monte carlos.
