Meet & Greet Update: CHANGE OF LOCATION

The 2009 Michigan FBody Meet & Greet Car Show will be held at Bakers of Milford this year, and NOT at Kensington.

Long story short, after Kensington had promised to allow us to use a different vendor than Cranks for food, and after I had already reached out to one specific vendor, I got an e-mail telling us that they are changing their decision and we have to go with Cranks because they are the exclusive vendor.

After much discussion amongst the admins and I, we decided that next year we would definitely not be going through Kensington. Credit given where credit is due, Todd came up with the idea of contacting Bakers. Jeff called them today and they were very excited to host our Meet & Greet this year and in the future.

Bakers of Milford is known through the Metro Detroit car show circuit as being "THE" Sunday night event to attend. Every Sunday, they hold a free cruise-in and can handle up to 1500 vehicles in their grounds! There is an onsight restaraunt (Bakers) with great food and a bar. They will be able to serve us in the restaraunt and have also offered to bring a grill out and grill hotdogs and hamburgers for those of us who would rather eat that than a full sit-down meal in the restaraunt.

The best news: This is 100% free to attend, NO ENTRY FEE INTO BAKERS. So, we're saving everyone $4 entry fee!
