Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
You just don't like 3rd gen camaros. Any camaro can be a z28 but only 85-92 camaros can be an Iroc-Z28
Actually, only '85 thru 1990 can be an IROC-Z, The IROC-Z option was dropped for 1991 and 1992. GM didn't want to pay Roger Penske a royalty for use of the IROC name any more after the 1990 model year. (Roger Penske owned the name "International Race Of Champions")

They also stopped racing Camaros in the IROC series in 1990, as they had switched to the Dodge Daytona. Doesn't make sense to name a car (or a "package") after a series it no longer participates in.
Gone but not forgotten: 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z
I have always thought about one of those Yellow IROCs. 1986 has got to be my least favorite year of all Irocs 85-90 with that stupid cow patty of a brake light on the rear window. I know it was the first year for the high mount 3rd brake light but they could have come up with something better. That thing just looks hideous.
I like the yellow. I've always liked the yellow. My parents had an 80 Monza in that color. I hate the brake light though. I wouldn't own an 86 simply because of the brake light.

Oh, and not to mention, they did the same thing to the Corvette.
It's because the government decided that we need the CHMSL - and that was theirs until they had time to engineer (aka, redesign and retool) a "real" fix.
