  • do you have to unbolt conveter

    from flywheel to get the tranny out?? or should it come out without unbolting the converter from the flywheel?

    Remove the starter and you will be able to get the bolts to undo the converter from the flywheel its a must.
    Doing less with more

        a newbie question...

        Do you have to pull the engine or the trans to swap converters?

        '96 Camaro RS - project
        '97 Silverado Z71 - DD
        '89 Suzuki GSXF 750

                  nope gotta take one or the other out, i;d reccomend the trans cuz it'll be easier
