  • Good buy

Was at a garage sale today and saw a Kenwood Graphic Equalizer KGC-8042A for $10. So of corse being the Kenwood and audio fan I am I bought it. It's in really good shape, just a little dirty, but I'm not sure if the wiring harness is complete. Only has 1 wire coming out of it and it looks like theres suppose to be 3. Also didn't have the mount. Not sure where I'm gonna mount it yet, thinking maybe in the rear with the subs when I put them in, or cutting up some of my center console since I don't use the ash tray anyway. Any suggestions?

i mounted mine in dash wasnt that hard... a little hacking but looks nice... yeah it should have like 3 or 4 wires maybe 2 posatives a negative and a remote if its got sub controll ill show you mine if you want doesnt look half bad still have to finnish everything up in it and fill in all the plastic to make it smooth... the small strip of plastic on the bottom of the dash were like the rear defrost and other switches are... ive add the EQ and a FM attena booster.... gotta get my drew and mike in the morning....
