lol yeah the mini won lol there was no actual first gens but this one guy swept it he 1 gen car.... i say we should of saved a few awards n handed them out as a few of the first gens went threw the lot we at on woodward lol

once I'm all caught up I'll post a winners thread as well as all the pics I took (152 woot!) and the pics Angie took too, they're on my comp. Great pictures guys! The best moment I had was when we were on Shelby Rd and I was stopped at the red light waiting to turn onto 25 mile road, I looked in my rear view mirror and saw people were STILL coming around that curve onto Shelby Rd, we had practically a MILE LONG line of FBodies exiting the park!!!!! (GoogleMap says it's .63 miles from the end of the curve to the intersection)

Well, here's the bad news: The best video, IMO, was the one of all of us turning (or drifting for you freaking crazy ass Lapeer crew guys...) was shot using our regular video camcorder. It doesn't plug into the comp, it's an older style that uses mini-tapes. I found an adapter that I think works, it's on ebay for about $50, but I can't afford that at this time. The other video was us driving by in the park, but it doesn't have any audio. I'll edit it and then post up.

hey if need be i should be able to convert that with my computer. i have an All-in-wonder card... just havent installed those drivers yet. let me know, i could probably help you out there.

Woot, really? I checked my card but it only has the basics. The video camcorder only has the yellow video jack and the white audio jack. I found an adapter convertor on ebay that will take in the yellow and white RCA jacks and converts it to a USB cable plug, but it's $50.

You could convert it to a DVD and burn it on your harddrive...Run the camcorder into a home DVD burner, then burn it on your harddrive...

Is your camcorder MiniDV?

Mine you just plug in the firewire cable to the computer and the camcorder and pull the video off the tape to the harddrive.
