Man im sorry but that car does nothing for me...

          - wish it looked more like the prototype. AND the mirrors need to go...

It looks almost EXACTLY like the prototype!!! The mirrors have to be that big for safety regulations. They are just a larger version of what was on the concept.

Yeah, the concept mirrors really would've been the type you don't want to have.

I love the way the car looks. I also think the small tweaks to the production car actually make it look better than the concept (turn signals inboard of the headlights, larger mirrors, refined interior, etc.)

I can't explain how happy I am that Chevy didn't just do the retro (cop-out) thing with the design like Chrysler and Ford. Way to go, GM!!!!!!!!

I LOVE the taillights...probably my favorite part of the car! Everybody *****es because it's NOT a 69 clone. I'm glad it's not. If I wanted a 69 I'd buy one or buy a crate body and build one.

I have not liked the car from the get go, but I have to agree with this 100%, this is much more appealing than the concept.

I'm with GETGONE on this one, the new camaro looks great, and the mirrors are proportional to the size of the car. I just wish i had the money to go put a reserve down on one. Gorgeous car and if i get the chance i hope to buy one by 2010

most of the time the pics never look real.

Thing to remember -- who cares if you don't like one or two things. There's always something that people are not going to like about the car. With Red Alert, I didn't like the stock monochrome interior, the boring hood, grill, etc. I still liked the car, though, and upgraded all of the things I didn't like.

Just remember -- aftermarket will be there to cater to our needs.

I'm sure someone will build some "concept like" mirrors for you guys that complain about 'em. I think the car looks amazing.
