damn back order

im getting screwed on finnishing my car right now because im waiting on a couple parts i had my crank on back order and it was taking forever and with the new block i need it to clearance the stroke before i assemble anything else... so i said screw it cancelled that ordered and had a eagle crank shipped today... hopefully it will be in soon the engine wont take anytime to put together but all the other little stuff like kick down cable new wiring and all that good stuff i cant touch till this is in and built and done... more bad news i busted one of the arms of the baseplate of my carb i tryed looking through the holley book to find the part and nothing i could find for the street avenger... so if anyone can help there, its the 770 street avenger its perfectly fine besides the baseplate... and i dont feel like busting out the alumiloy and hopping it works... and deffinatley dont want to have to buy a new carb any extra money for fuel system is going into a new throttle body... so if anyone knows where i can find this at let me know i tryed calling jegs and a few other places holley really doesnt do alot of sellign directly they want you to go through there vendors but they wouldnt even give me a name of someone that supplied the part when i asked about it...

That's total BS, man. I thought that you could take them to court over it after a certain amount of time? Get your money back, with interest! lol I hope your parts arrive soon.

no i called them up and got them to refund it before i ordered my new crank... its already back on my card... and the new crank should be in sometime next week...
