Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

So today wasnt the best day but I figure I pull out the wheels and clean up some brake dust that I neglected to do last season.. Ill polish up the wheels real good another day but wanted to get this out of the way first..Still got some more brake dust to pick up but I did as much as I could within the time I had
So with a hour scrub..got these looking somewhat good again
I'm going to have to buy some for my wheels. I need to remove all the brake dust so I can get the inside powder coated. Hopefully it works deep into the poors.
simple green is the best ever, been using it a while, make sure u get the concentrate jug. and dont dilute it. go full strength and it kicks break dust ass

Yeah, that stuff rocks - my dad uses just the regular spray bottle on our lawn/deck furniture every year, and boy does it work well, so I can only imagine non-diluted Simple Green.

hmm never used that stuff, is it OK on chrome? My front wheels were getting owned by break dust last year and it was always a pain to get the insides super clean

I got a little trial bottle a few years ago from Murray's at the Dream Cruise (considering I live right by them), and I just started using it when I got my car - works really nice getting rid of the dirtyness of my engine bay.

yes its chrome safe, and have never heard of it hurting polished alum. really works on the engine bay, and if u aint gotta worry bout the dist. getting wet u can get it in the bottle that hooks up to the hose or pressure washer and just blast it mixed with water will strip crap off uve never seen lol.
