Yup, it was relatively minor. Thank goodness.

Looking at the gears, there isnt even a wear pattern in them yet, still have machining marks from the gear grinding operations.

          whats reverse look like?

the teeth rarely wear. right here is the problem area.
should be a smooth triangle shape

I just double checked, that must be a bad reflection. All of those are fine.

The problem was that it was stuck in 4th gear.. which is explained by the keys.

PS, i understand they dont wear, but typically they have some contact marks on the flanks.

that looks like the same problem jon (phenomic) had with his. Your hands will look like were swimming in a sea of razor blades when you are done!!

yup, bronze pads, billet keys, steel 3-4 shift fork, and likely the viper output shaft

you probably won't need the viper shaft. PLus it requires the tailhousing to be bored, output shaft mods, speedo gear mods and some other things

interesting, all the gears and s*** on jons were very sharp. He had like 50 paper-cuts on his hands from it. I think it happened on reassembly though, and he also made a little mistake making him have to take it apart twice.

he replaced the same parts you are, except the viper shaft.
