  • Rod-end LCA's?

Well when I put the Z away this winter ( the first winter IM doing so) I plan on buying and installing some much needed suspention stuff among other little goodies. Since I now have a second car ( I'll post more about it later) the camaro is more then likely no longer going to be a Daily Driver but more of a warm weekend/summer cruiser. So I WAS going to get some new LCA's with poly bushings until that post came up a week or so ago about poly being bunk for LCA application. So I looked into the Polygraphite, and 1LE. I couldnt find any del-rin. But I got to thinking with that fact that the car wont be being driven nearly as often I was wondering if I could get away with Rod-end stuff. And I know those are the best performance wise. So does anyone have any experience with them. DanO I know you have to have an opinion here. mind sharing?

UMI has the poly/rod end combo that gives you the flex of a rod end but some vibration dampening of the poly. I have the adjustable panhard bar and will be adding the LCA's probably over the winter.

I just put on poly/rod end UMI's on my car. Haven't noticed any vibration issues.
