Computer software for ECM tuning?

Does anyone have any decent software for ECM tuning on
a 94-95 F-Body? I have the OBD1 cable and a bit of free
software, but I can't find any utilities to dump the current
binary, or to upload .LT1 files or any other binaries, or
to modify those binaries.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I seem to
be hitting a brick wall on the www concerning this.
